Su's Creative Corner admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, priveleges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students of the organization. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of it's ethnic policies, admissions policies, scholarships, and other organization-administered programs.
Reporting Misconduct by Instructional Personnel and Administrators.
All employees and administrators of Su’s Creative Corner have an obligation to report misconduct by instructional personnel and school administrators which affects the health, safety, or welfare of a student.
Examples of misconduct include obscene language, drug and alcohol use, disparaging comments, prejudice or bigotry, sexual innuendo, cheating or testing violations, physical aggression, and accepting or offering favors. Reports of misconduct of employees should be made to: Mrs. Suny Marti, Principal of Su’s Creative Corner (305-248-1925). Reports of misconduct committed by administrators should be made to the Office of Professional Practices 850-245-0438
Pursuant to F.S. 1006.061(2), there shall be posted in a prominent place at each school site and on each school’s internet website, the policies and procedures for reporting alleged misconduct by instructional personnel or school administrators which affects the health, safety, or welfare of a student; the contact person to whom the report is made; and the penalties imposed on instructional personnel or school administrators who fail to report suspected or actual child abuse or alleged misconduct by other instructional personnel or school administrators.
